Key UK Shipping Terms & Information:
  • Next Day Delivery: Order before 1.00 pmMon-Thu) to receive the following day. Orders after 1pm on Thursday 
  • Weekend Deliveries: (select at checkout). Sunday delivery requires ordering by 2:30 pm on Saturday.
  • Tracking & Issues: A shipment confirmation email is sent with tracking details. For lost parcels, customers are advised to contact on the lash 
  • Returns Policy: Returns from outside the EU should not use courier services due to potential fees. on the lash  does not pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
