Refund policy

On the lash will accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unused, unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used lashes cannot be returned. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days, and sale items are generally non-returnable.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during sale periods are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Processing Time: Returns take up to 14 working days to be processed after being received at HQ.
  • Refunds: Returns are typically processed within 5 working days for UK orders and 10 working days for international orders, depending on your bank.
